Stu is the older brother of the infamous Cindy Lou Who from How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2000). Like all Whos, he is pear-shaped, plump, cheerful, and perky-snouted, with gravity defying hair and twelve toes. He and his fraternal twin brother, Drew, are considered slightly rebellious by Whoville standards, which means they would be considered not at all rebellious by any other standards.
